Support
Most things are a tap away in the app. For everything else, there is a person on the other end of hello@lusion.io.
1. Reach a person
Email hello@lusion.io. A person reads every message and answers within one working day, usually much sooner. Write from the address on your account so we can look things up without asking.
2. How the feed works
Every night Lusion plans and makes a set of pieces for your brand from its identity, its products, its rules, the focus you set and the dates coming up. The set is waiting in For You in the morning. Like what fits, save what you will post, skip what does not; each reaction shapes the next set. Tap Edit this under a piece to change it, or Create to ask for something new.
3. Nothing new this morning?
- On the Free plan the nightly feed pauses after the first pieces. A plan starts it again.
- Notifications off? Turn on the morning push under Profile, then Push and email.
- Pull down on For You to refresh. If it stays empty, email us and we will look.
4. Plans
Basic makes 40 pieces a week for one brand. Solo makes 80. Pro covers three brands with no ceiling. Every edit is free on every plan. Yearly plans come with two months free. A plan bought in the app or on the web works in both places on the same account.
5. Cancelling
- Subscribed in the app: open your iPhone’s Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Lusion. Apple handles the change; the plan runs to the end of the paid period.
- Subscribed on the web: Settings, then Manage plan, then Cancel.
Refund requests for app purchases go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For web purchases, email us.
6. Deleting your account
In the app: Profile, then Delete account. On the web: Settings, then Delete account. Cancel any subscription first. Everything Lusion holds for you is removed within 30 days; the details are in the Privacy Policy.
7. Your data
To get a copy of what we hold, or to have it corrected, email hello@lusion.io from your account address. In the app, Profile, then Your data, starts that email for you.
8. Posting from the app
Hold a piece in the feed and choose Post. Instagram opens with the picture ready and the caption on your clipboard; X opens with the text in place. Anything else goes through the share sheet or to your camera roll.
