Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and Wonder Global Inc (“Lusion”, “we”) for your use of lusion.io, the Lusion app for iPhone, and the services behind them. By creating an account or using Lusion you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Lusion for a company, you confirm you can bind that company to these terms.

The iPhone app is also covered by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these terms and that agreement differ, that agreement governs your use of the app.

Lusion plans and makes social-media content for a brand: pictures, captions, carousels, text posts and videos. It makes a set every night from what it knows about the brand, shows it to you in a feed, learns from your reactions, and makes the edits you ask for. It also makes anything you ask for directly.

Content is generated by machine-learning models. It can be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unlike what you expected, and two people asking for the same thing may get different results. You review it, and you decide what to publish.

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. You must not be barred from using the service under the laws that apply to you.

• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give us accurate information and keep it current.
• One person, one account. A workspace can have several members; each has their own account.
• Tell us at hello@lusion.io straight away if you think someone else is using your account.

Free

A new brand gets its first pieces made without payment. After that the nightly feed pauses until a plan is chosen; what was made stays yours.

Paid plans

Basic, Solo and Pro are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly, per brand, at the price shown when you subscribe. They renew automatically until cancelled. Prices can change; we tell you before a change applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.

Paying on the web

Web subscriptions are billed by Stripe. You can cancel any time from Settings; the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Except where the law requires it, payments are not refunded for partial periods.

Paying in the app

App subscriptions are bought through Apple and charged to your Apple ID. Apple handles billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds under its own terms; manage or cancel them in your iPhone’s Settings under Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs out. A subscription bought on one platform is honoured on both, on the same account.

Fair use

“Unlimited” on Pro means we do not count pieces; it does not mean the service can be used to resell content generation or to run automated volume that degrades it for others. We may limit accounts that do.

What you give us

You own what you upload: brand details, logos, product photos, reference pictures, photos of people. You give us a licence to store, process and use it to make content for your brand and to run the service. You promise you have the rights to use it that way, including permission from any person who appears in a photo, and that it does not break the law or anyone else’s rights.

What Lusion makes

As between you and us, you own the content Lusion generates for your brand, and you can use it as you like, including commercially. Because it is generated, we cannot promise it is unique, original enough to be protected by copyright, or free of resemblance to other works. You are responsible for checking a piece before you publish it, including any claims it makes about your products.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we can use them without owing you anything.

Do not use Lusion to:

• make content that is illegal, defamatory, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexual, or that promotes violence or self-harm;
• impersonate a person or organisation, or make content that pretends to be from one;
• make content that infringes someone’s copyright, trade mark, or right to their own likeness;
• make misleading claims, including health, financial or legal claims presented as fact;
• send spam or unsolicited messages;
• probe, scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the service, or work around its limits;
• break the terms of the platforms you post to.

We can remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Lusion, its software, design, name and marks belong to Wonder Global Inc. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not give you ownership of any part of it.

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile, then Delete account) or in Settings on the web. Deletion removes your brands and the content made for them; cancel any subscription first, because deleting the account does not cancel it.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or if we have to for legal or security reasons. If we close Lusion altogether, we give you at least 30 days’ notice and a way to export your content.

Lusion is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate, lawful in every place, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties.

To the extent the law allows, Wonder Global Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of Lusion or of content it generated. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You will cover us against claims and costs that come from content you upload, content you publish, or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Using Lusion after that date means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute that we cannot settle between us goes to arbitration in Lagos under the Arbitration and Mediation Act. Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
